"My hope is that HER will be an example to others. And that hardwork, sacrifice and Gods timing is the key. There is no short cut or quick-fix. Knowing that I now walk with purpose makes me so passionate to encourage others to look at the women I profile for inspiration."
- Falen Tuuga Stevenson
After hearing God's call to reignite her love of writing, fellow St. Andrew's Parishioner and StAND Youth Mentor, Falen Tuuga Stevenson has launched a great website that focuses on celebrating women.  Alby Tuuga Stevenson quizzes his litle sister about her new site, HER
(https://www.hertheblog.com)
What is HER about?
HER is a website celebrating women from all walks of life. I want it to be a platform where women feel uplifted. And as cheesy and fluffy as it sounds, HER is all about GIRL POWER and being a positive voice (haha).

Where did your vision for HER begin?
HER was placed in my heart three years ago. After leaving the magazine industry, my confidence was at an all time low. I had lost my passion for writing all together. I had always wanted to get back into it - but just didn't know how.

It wasn't until I heard a word on 'Dreams' at a Womens Conference that I felt God really knocking on my heart to follow this dream. I knew it was time to take a leap of faith. Fast forward six months later and God was faithful to his promise.

What would you like HER to achieve?
Our generation is part of the 'instant gratification society,' where we basically look for any short cut to any answer online. I found it hard finding platforms that were of substance and showcased REAL women.

My hope is that HER will be an example to others. And that hardwork, sacrifice and Gods timing is the key. There is no short cut or quick-fix. Knowing that I now walk with purpose makes me so passionate to encourage others to look at the women I profile for inspiration.
